PUBLIC HEARING

16.84.010 Generally.
The planning commissioner shall hold a public hearing on the tentative map and notice thereof shall be given as provided in Section 66451.3 of the Subdivision Map Act. Any interested person may appear at such a hearing and shall be heard. (Ord. 268 § 1 (part), 1976).
16.84.020 Notice.
Whenever a public hearing is held pursuant to this title, notice of the time and place thereof and a general description of the location of the subdivision shall be published once in the Patterson Irrigator, a local newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the state. (Ord. 268 § 1 (part), 1976).
