SWIMMING AND WADING

9.16.010 Prohibited acts.
It is unlawful for any person to bathe, swim or wade in the waters at the Pittsburg fishing access area (boat launching ramp) or within the area described as follows:
Bounded on the east by the northerly extension of the easterly line of York Street; on the south by the easterly extension of the northerly line of Cody Street; on the west by the easterly line of Cutter Street; and on the north by a line parallel to, and 300 feet north by right angle measurement from, the easterly extension of the northerly line of Cody Street.
