Article 1. Riding on Sidewalks
9-3-100 Sidewalk – Unlawful.
It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle on any sidewalk in the City of San Juan Bautista, or to ride a bicycle at night or in the dark without wearing a protective helmet and carrying attached to such bicycle a lighted lamp of such nature and in such manner as to give and throw a bright and conspicuous light ahead of the rider of such bicycle and a reflective device designed to reflect light directed toward the bicycle from behind.
