ENFORCEMENT

12.12.010 Violation—Penalty.
A. Unless otherwise provided, any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this Title, shall be deemed guilty of an infraction, which shall be punishable upon a first conviction by a fine not exceeding $50.00, and for a second conviction within a period of one year by a fine not exceeding $100.00, and for third or any subsequent conviction within a period of a year by a fine not exceeding $250.00.
B. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection A, any pedestrian violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this Title, shall be guilty of an infraction punishable by a fine not exceeding $50.00. (Ord. 89-12, 6/27/89)
