WITHDRAWAL OF ACCESS

9.70.020 CLIFFS, BEACHES AND HEADLANDS WITHDRAWN FROM ACCESS.

The city manager, or the city manager’s appointees, may designate and post any coastal cliff, beach or headland as withdrawn from access whenever the city manager or persons acting on behalf of the city manager, determines that by reason of storms or other circumstances such areas are unsafe and pose a serious risk of harm to users. It is unlawful to enter upon areas withdrawn under this section.
