7.48.010 Inspection fees—Basis.

The Health Officer, when performing inspection and reinspection of labor camps pursuant to the Employee Housing Act, Section 17000 et seq. of the California Health and Safety Code, shall charge inspection fees based upon the number of employees specified in the permit required by law, in accordance with the fee schedule established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors. 7.48.020 Inspection fees—Amount.

The Health Officer shall charge twice the applicable fee prescribed by the Board pursuant to SCCC 7.48.010 to any person who operates or maintains a labor camp without first obtaining a permit pursuant to this chapter. Any person found for a second or subsequent time within a five-year period to be operating or maintaining a labor camp without first having obtained a permit pursuant to this chapter shall be charged four times the applicable fee otherwise prescribed by the Board pursuant to SCCC 7.48.010. 7.48.030 Fees for amended permits.

An amended permit fee shall be required when there is any proposed increase in the number of employees to be housed or an increase in the number of lots or sites for parking of mobile homes or recreational vehicles. [Ord. 2107, 1975; prior code § 11.46.030].
