AMUSEMENT CURFEW

8.20.010 Amusement curfew.

No person shall dance, engage in any entertainment or show, or play music, or permit any dancing, entertainment, shows, or the playing of music in any place in the unincorporated territory of the County, except in private residences and churches, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., regardless of whether or not an admission charge is made. [Ord. 1425, 1969; prior code § 9.08.010].

8.20.020 Amusement business closure.

No person shall conduct any dancing, entertainment or shows or play any music, either as a principal business or in connection with or incidental to any other business, and regardless of whether or not an admission charge is made, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. at any place in the unincorporated territory of the County, except in private residences. 8.20.030 Violation—Penalty.

Any person who violates any of the provisions contained in this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable as such. [Ord. 1425, 1969; prior code § 9.08.030].
