6.24.010 Unlawful erection.

Unless specifically permitted by SBMC Title 11, it is unlawful for any person to erect or pitch any tent, camp or temporary structure upon any beach, park, public street, alley, passageway or other public place. (Ord. 47 § 1, 1987; 1987 Code § 6.40.010)

6.24.020 Sleeping in – Hours.

It is unlawful for any person to sleep in any tent, camp, shelter, or in any camp car, camp truck, trailer, camper or other vehicle in or on any beach, park, public street, alley, passageway, public parking lot, public place or place open to the public between the hours of 10:00 p.m. of one day and 6:00 a.m. of the next day.
