PENALTY—VIOLATIONS

4.07.010 Violations constituting a misdemeanor.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this code which violation thereof is considered to be a misdemeanor, shall be subject to a fine and/or penalty as set forth in Chapter 1.56, Penalty Provisions, of this code.

Violation of any of the following sections of this code is considered a misdemeanor: 4.01.040.6, 4.01.070, 4.01.100.22, 4.01.150.5, 4.01.190, 4.01.060.4, 4.01.080, 4.01.120, 4.01.170, Chapter 4.03 in its entirety.

4.07.020 Violations constituting an infraction.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this code which violation thereof is considered to be an infraction, shall be subject to a fine and/or penalty as set forth in Chapter 1.56, Penalty Provisions, of this code.

Violation of any of the following sections of this code is considered an infraction: 4.05.010, 4.05.020.
