6.45.010 Contiguous parcels in one ownership – Consolidation or merger.

Contiguous parcels or units of land held in one ownership may be consolidated or merged pursuant to authority granted in Section 66499.20 3/4 of the Subdivision Map Act. The city engineer and planning director may, upon payment of all applicable fees, approve an application for a merger or consolidation. The city engineer and planning director may impose reasonable conditions upon the approval of any such application. Upon such approval being granted, evidence of said consolidation or merger shall be recorded to become a part of the official El Dorado County records.
