8.30.010 Fires.

It is unlawful for any person to light, kindle, build, use, or maintain any campfire, barbecue, or other fires for any purpose on beaches including publicly owned shoreline area within the limits of the city of Trinidad. Violation of this chapter shall be deemed an infraction punishable by a fine set forth by resolution of the city council. [Ord. 2007-01, 2007].

8.30.020 Fireworks.

It is unlawful for any person to possess, discharge, set off, or cause to be discharged any firecrackers, torpedoes, rockets, fireworks, explosives, or substances harmful to the life or safety of persons, pets, or wildlife on beaches including any publicly owned shoreline area within the limits of the city of Trinidad. Violation of this chapter shall be deemed an infraction punishable by a fine set forth by resolution of the city council. [Ord. 2007-01, 2007].
