4-9-01 Prohibited Acts.
It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully swim, wade, or engage in any recreational activity in any canal owned by an irrigation district, or to enter into a fenced area adjacent to a canal owned by an irrigation district, without the express permission of the irrigation district.
4-9-02 Prohibited acts: Responsibility of parents of minors.
No parent or guardian shall knowingly permit any child under the age of eighteen (18) years, who is under such parent or guardian's custody or control, to swim, wade, or engage in any recreational activity in any canal owned by an irrigation district, or enter into a fenced area adjacent to a canal owned by an irrigation district, without the express permission of the irrigation district.
