§3051: Exemption Of Political Bodies From Permit Fees
§3050 PERMIT FEES
The city council may, from time to time by resolution, establish fees to be charged and collected for permits issued or services rendered hereunder. In the absence of a resolution by the city council setting fees for any specific type of permit or service, such fees shall be as specified within the model codes herein adopted.
