14.02.010.010 Title.
This division shall be known as the Interpretations and Definitions Division of the Land Use and Land Use and Development Code of the City of Vacaville.

14.02.010.020 Purpose.
The purpose of this division is to provide general rules of interpretation, measurement, and definitions in applying the Land Use and Development Code, in addition to providing the functions of various officers, managers and other entities that have authority under the Land Use and Development Code.

14.02.010.030 Applicability.
All words and phrases defined in this division and found in this title shall be used in the context of the definitions of this division. Words and phrases not defined in this division shall be used in the context of standard English usage and grammar.
