Establishment of Limits of Districts
in Which Storage of Certain Hazardous Materials Is Prohibited

15.20.272.010 Flammable Cryogenic Fluids in Stationary Containers.

The limits referred to in Section 5806.2 of the California Fire Code, in which storage of flammable cryogenic fluids in stationary containers located outside of buildings is prohibited, are hereby established as follows: within 500 feet of the boundary of any zoning district or area designated for residential use.

15.20.272.020 Class I and II Liquids in Outside Aboveground Tanks.

The limits referred to in Section 5704.2.9.6.1 of the California Fire Code, in which the storage of Class I and Class II flammable or combustible liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, are hereby established as follows: areas not zoned IP (industrial park) and/or not specifically designated for such use in a City policy plan or specific plan.

15.20.272.030 Class I and II Liquids in Aboveground Tanks.

The limits referred to in Section 5706.2.4.4 of the California Fire Code, in which the storage of Class I and Class II flammable or combustible liquids in aboveground storage tanks is prohibited, are hereby established as follows: areas not zoned IP (industrial park) and/or not specifically designated for such use in a City policy plan or specific plan.

15.20.272.040 Storage of Liquefied Petroleum Gases.

The limits referred to in Section 6104.2 of the California Fire Code, in which storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are hereby established as follows: within 500 feet of the boundary of any zoning district or area designated for residential use.
