PUBLIC WATER FILLING STATION RATE

7.45.010 Established.
A. The board hereby finds the amount of the filling station rate represents the reasonably estimated costs of the district in providing the station and water, and such filling station rate does not exceed the reasonable estimated costs to the district.
B. The board hereby approves and adopts the district’s filling station rate at $0.09 per gallon of water.
C. The board authorizes the general manager, or his designee, to take all actions necessary to implement and impose the filling station rate. (Res. 3309 §§ 2 – 4, 2024).
