The California Energy Code, Part 6, 2025 Edition, is hereby adopted as the energy code for the City of Watsonville regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, installation, alteration, repair, replacement, use or maintenance of energy conserving systems and components as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and the same is made a part hereof, as if fully set forth in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions, modifications and changes, if any, as more particularly set forth in this chapter.
