18.140.010 Enforcement.

The Board of Supervisors shall appoint an Administrative Officer, and it shall be the duty of said officer to enforce this title. Such Administrative Officer may be a person holding other public office in the County, or in a city or other governmental subdivision within the County. The Board of Supervisors is authorized to pay to such officer out of the general fund such compensation as it shall deem fit.

In case any building or structure is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired, converted or maintained, or any building, structure, or land is used in violation of this title, the Board of Supervisors, in addition to other remedies, shall institute any proper action or proceedings to prevent such unlawful erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, conversion, maintenance, or use, to restrain, correct, or abate such violation, to prevent the occupancy of said building, structure, or land, or to prevent any illegal act, conduct business, or use in or about such premises. 18.140.020 Fees.

Fees pertaining to permits and actions required by this title shall be in accord with the schedule of fees, as adopted by resolution by the County Board of Supervisors. A copy of the schedule of fees shall be on file in the Zoning Administrator’s office. The following fees will be charged by the County:

A. Rezoning application fee.

B. Variance application fee.

C. Special exception application fee.

D. Building permit application fee.

E. Agricultural area petition fee, to cover the publication, notification, and recording costs. [Ord. 36 § 28(B), 1995. Code 2009 App. A, § 28(B).]
