CARNIVALS AND SIMILAR ENTERTAINMENTS

5-24-010 Application—Fee.
Application for such licenses shall be made to the clerk and shall comply with the general provisions of this code relating to applications; together with the regulations herein contained. For such licenses the following fees shall be paid:
A. Parks where amusement rides are operated during the summer season, three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) per season for the first ride and fifty dollars ($50.00) for each additional ride;
B. Carnival, one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per day for each side show and concession connected therewith;
C. Other amusement not specifically licensed, one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per day. (Ord. 3316 § 2 (part), 2015; Prior code § 5-11-1)
