10-36-010 Right-of-way in crosswalk.

When the movement of traffic is not controlled by official traffic-control signals or a police officer, the driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way, slowing down or stopping if need be so to yield, to a pedestrian crossing the roadway within a crosswalk when the pedestrian is upon the half of the roadway upon which the vehicle is traveling, or when the pedestrian is approaching so closely from the opposite half of the roadway as to be in danger. 10-36-020 Driving through funeral or other procession.

No operator of a vehicle shall drive between the vehicles, persons, or animals comprising a funeral or other authorized procession except when otherwise directed by a police officer. This provision shall not apply to authorized emergency vehicles as defined in this title. (Ord. 1668 § 6.7, 1964)
