SEVERABILITY
Sections:
17-76-010 Severability.
If any provision or part of this title is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid and of no further force and effect, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions of this title which shall remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 3122 § 1 (part), 2004)
