Disposal of property shall be governed by the provisions of IC 36-1-11-1 et seq. [Ord. G-98-6, passed 2-9-98. 1983 Code § 3.30.015.]
3.100.020 Property.
In general, property wholly purchased by either the City or County shall remain the sole property of that organization. Property jointly purchased between the City and County shall be jointly held in the percentage of funding applied to the property. (Example: If the jointly funded property is split 50 percent each, the City and County each own 50 percent of that property.) [Ord. G-2006-13, passed 7-11-06. 1983 Code § 3.30.154.]
