18.100.010 Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to describe the method by which fees, charges and expenses are established for all the actions contemplated in this title, and to identify the responsibility for their collection and maintenance. [Ord. 1659 § 1, 2017].

18.100.020 Establishment.

The town council shall establish by chapter a schedule of fees, charges and expenses and a collection procedure for: location improvement permits; certificates of occupancy; certificates of compliance; applications for rezoning; applications for variance, for use variance and for appeal from the decisions of the administrator. Further, the town shall establish the method of collection, receipt and accountability. [Ord. 1659 § 1, 2017].

18.100.030 Payment prerequisite to action on application or appeals.

Until all applicable fees, charges and expenses have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application or appeal. [Ord. 1659 § 1, 2017].
