151.51    Project review fees

151.51 PROJECT REVIEW FEES.

(A) All projects are subject to the following project review fees, as may be applicable:

    (1) Technical Review Committee Fee (for review not otherwise required as part of a Plan Commission or Board of Zoning Appeals application, fee only charged if meeting scheduled and person fails to appear)

    (2) Erosion Control Monitoring (during construction)

$25 per acre ($100 minimum)

    (3) Developer Plan Review (Civil).

    (4) Drainage Plan Review.

$750 plus $50 for each additional acre

    (5) SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) Plan Review.

(B) All project plans identified above shall be submitted to the City Engineer’s office in an electronic format. Up to 2 hard copies of the plans may be required to be submitted upon the city’s request. The City Engineer will make a cursory review of the submitted documents to assess any fees applicable to the project documents. The City Engineer will not conduct a substantive review of the submitted documents until any such fees are paid to the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office.
