4.20.010 OFFICIAL BANK.
(A) The Common Council of the City of Southport hereby establishes Old National Bank as its official bank to conduct financial and business transactions for City of Southport’s governmental purposes.
(B) The office of Clerk-Treasurer shall be the local contact to coordinate and communicate with Old National Bank on behalf of the City of Southport as with regard to financial matters.
(C) The office of Clerk-Treasurer shall report to the Common Council any changes or needs as to the banking requirements for the City of Southport. (Ord. 13.04.01 §§ 1 – 3, passed 4-15-2013)
