10.24.010 OPERATION OF MOTORIZED VEHICLES.

It shall be illegal and unlawful for operation by any person other than operators possessing legal license to operate motor vehicles within the State of Indiana.

10.24.020 PARKING VEHICLE EXCEEDING ONE-HALF TON.

It shall be illegal and unlawful for any person to park a vehicle with a capacity of more than one-half ton on any street or alley in the city unless such person is in the act of loading or unloading cargo.

10.24.030 MISCELLANEOUS UNLAWFUL ACTIONS.

In addition to the actions which are declared to be illegal and unlawful by other provisions of this title, the following actions are declared illegal and unlawful:

(A) Disobeying the order, signal or sign of a police officer regulating or directing traffic on streets or highways or parts thereof which are not part of the route of the state highway or disobeying a traffic- control signal regulating such traffic;

(B) Failing to stop before entering a street designated as preferential by Chapter 10.08;

(C) Breaking through or driving through a funeral procession or any other authorized procession;

(D) Driving a vehicle along or across a curb or sidewalk at a place other than a regularly established driveway;

(E) Driving a vehicle to the left side of the street for any purpose whatsoever, including stopping, parking, posting mail, making deliveries or for any other purpose;

(F) Allowing any animal to roam and range unattended on the sidewalks, streets or the private property of others.
