ELECTIONS

1.08.010 Voter precincts.
A. Vanderburgh County, by and through its board of commissioners, establishes voter precincts for Vanderburgh County pursuant to IC 3-11-1.5.
B. Each precinct is established as described in the maps attached to the Order of 10-16-89, made a part hereof by reference and marked exhibits PS-1 through PS-54.
C. A description of the boundaries of each precinct established is attached to the Order of 10-16-89, made a part hereof and marked exhibits A-001 through A-188.
D. The estimated number of voters in each precinct established by the Order of 10-16-89 is set out in exhibits B-001 through B-188 attached thereto, and made a part hereof by this reference.
