PARI-MUTUEL SATELLITE FACILITIES
Sections:
5.12.010 Definitions.
A. Pari-mutuel wagering on horse races is permitted in the state of Indiana;
B. Pari-mutuel wagering on horse races may be conducted at Satellite Facilities;
C. A person, as defined in I.C. 4-31-2-15, may operate a Satellite Facility in Vanderburgh County.
D. The voters of Vanderburgh County are not required to approve the operation of a Satellite Facility in Vanderburgh County.
