UTILITY DEPARTMENT

2.30.010 Department.
There is hereby established a utility department for the town of Whitestown, under the control of the board of trustees. The department will have jurisdiction of the water and sewer utilities. [Ord. 1984-05 § 10. Prior code Title 5, Art. 1, Ch. 1, § 1]
2.30.020 Jurisdiction.
The municipal water utility of the town of Whitestown is hereby taken out of the jurisdiction of the [Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission] for rate-making purposes. [Amended during 2015 reformat; Ord. 1984-05 § 10. Prior code Title 5, Art. 1, Ch. 1, § 2]
