OUTDOOR STORAGE ON COMMERCIAL LOTS

5.20.010 Definitions.
The words “motor vehicle” or “motor vehicles” as used in this chapter shall mean any operable vehicle which is equipped with a motor and which has been left by its owner with a motor vehicle repair shop or garage, for repairs. [Ord. 1986-06 § A]
5.20.020 Vehicle storage.
There shall be no more than eight vehicles stored outside on the premises of any automobile repair business located within the town limits of Whitestown, Indiana. [Ord. 1986-12 § 1; Ord. 1986-06 § A]
5.20.030 Penalty.
Any person violating the terms hereof shall pay a fine and penalty as provided for under WMC 1.05.100. [Ord. 1986-12 § 1]
