UNLAWFUL GATHERINGS

9.10.010 Gatherings.
The gathering into groups and gangs or loitering within the town limits of Whitestown, Indiana, is hereby prohibited. [Ord. 1984-05 § 10. Prior code Title 3, Art. 7, Ch. 1, § 1]
9.10.020 Public peace.
Groups and gangs are hereby defined to mean three or more persons gathered together in a common place disturbing the public peace. [Ord. 1984-05 § 10. Prior code Title 3, Art. 7, Ch. 1, § 2]
9.10.030 Loitering.
Loitering is hereby defined to mean to stand around or to spend time idly. [Ord. 1984-05 § 10. Prior code Title 3, Art. 7, Ch. 1, § 3]
9.10.040 Private property.
Permitting the use of private property for any of the prohibited acts herein is hereby forbidden. [Ord. 1984-05 § 10. Prior code Title 3, Art. 7, Ch. 1, § 4]
9.10.050 Penalty.
The penalty for the violation hereof is a fine of not less than $1.00 nor more than $100.00. [Ord. 1984-05 § 10. Prior code Title 3, Art. 7, Ch. 1, § 5]
