The following fees are hereby established to be imposed and collected by the building department as set forth below:
A. Commercial Application and Review Fee Schedule. See Exhibit A.
B. Residential Application and Review Fee Schedule. See Exhibit B.

New Commercial/Industrial Structure Building Permit (less than 100,000 sq. ft.) |

$500.00 (+) 0.05 per sq. ft. application and review fee (fee includes 7 inspections) |

Foundations under 10,000 sq. ft. $2,500.00 (fee includes 3 inspections) |

Foundations over 10,000 sq. ft. but under 50,000 sq. ft. $5,000.00 (fee includes 5 inspections) |

Foundations over 50,000 sq. ft. $8,000.00 (fee includes 7 inspections) |
