WARDS

1.10.01 Designation of wards.
The city is hereby divided into four wards to be known and designated as the first, second, third and fourth wards. (Ord. 438 § 1. Code 1996 § 6-201)
1.10.02 Boundaries.
(a) First Ward. All that portion of the city lying and being east of Military Avenue and north of 13th Street constitutes the First Ward of the city.
(b) Second Ward. All that portion of the city lying and being west of Military Avenue and north of 12th Street constitutes the Second Ward of the city.
(c) Third Ward. All that portion of the city lying and being south and east of the following described portion of the city, commencing at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and 13th Street, running down the center of 13th Street, east to the city limits and commencing at the intersection of 13th Street and Cleveland Avenue, thence running down the center of Cleveland Avenue south to the city limits constitutes the Third Ward of the city.
(d) Fourth Ward. All that portion of the city lying and being south and west of the following described portion of the city, commencing at the center of 12th Street, at the west line of the city limits of the city, thence running down the middle of 12th Street to Military Avenue, thence south down Military Avenue one block to the intersection of 13th Street and Military Avenue, thence east two blocks down the center of 13th Street, to the intersection of 13th Street and Cleveland Avenue, thence down the center of Cleveland Avenue, to the south line of the city limits of the city constitutes the Fourth Ward of the city.
