The Baxter Springs, Kansas, Cable TV System General Terms and Conditions are hereby incorporated by reference by Ordinance No. 542 of the city. Five copies of such general terms and conditions shall be on file in the office of the city clerk of the city for examination during regular business hours. (Ord. 542 §§ 1, 2. Code 1996 § 15-301)
13.15.02 Rates.
Subscribers to the cable television system of the city shall be charged such rates as are set by resolution of the governing body. (Code 1996 § 15-302)
