The Uniform Fire Code is hereby adopted by reference for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire, hazardous materials, and explosion, including the Appendix thereof, as stated in the “City of Baxter Springs Official Copy.” (Ord. 711. Code 1996 § 7-201)
15.15.02 Enforcement.
The code hereby adopted shall be enforced by the chief of the fire department and/or the fire chief’s designee(s). (Ord. 821 § 2. Code 1996 § 7-202)
15.15.03 Amendments.
Wherever the word “municipality” is used in the code hereby adopted, it shall be held to mean the City of Baxter Springs. (Ord. 711. Code 1996 § 7-203)
