1.08.010 Establishment.
(A) The various wards of the city are established as set out in this section, in Table 1 which lists the precincts contained in each Ward, and in the map in this section.
(B) If any geographical area in the city is assigned a different precinct number by the Johnson County election office than the precinct number that is described in this section, such geographical area shall continue to be in the same ward as is described in the map in this section.
(C) If any conflict arises between Table 1 and the map in this section, the map shall prevail.
