The Director is authorized to establish rules and regulations pertaining to the use of park(s) and recreational area(s) and activities therein and thereon. Such rules and regulations may be amended by the Director from time to time. A copy of such rules and regulations shall be available at the office of the Director during regular hours of operation. It shall be unlawful to violate such rules and regulations. (Ord. 13-24 § 2, 2013.)
