The operator of every boat shall require every person twelve (12) years of age or under to wear an United States Coast Guard approved Type I, Type II or Type III personal flotation device while aboard such boat. A life belt or ring shall not satisfy the requirement of this section. (Ord. 13-24 § 2, 2013.)
