Whenever the Director determines that water levels at any City water body or bodies are so low that boating has become unsafe, the Director shall issue an order to stop boating activity. Such order may include motorized boating, non-motorized boating, or both. Such order shall be posted at conspicuous locations at the City water body or bodies at the discretion of the Director.
