Any person fishing in any water body shall not use bank trot or set lines, shall comply with all applicable state fishing laws, including, but not limited to, fishing license regulations pursuant to K.S.A. 32-906, et seq. and as amended; and comply with all state laws regarding fishing regulations and catch and release limits pursuant to K.S.A. 32-1001, et seq. and as amended unless otherwise posted by the Parks and Recreation Department.
