The Department of Parks and Recreation shall establish rules and regulations for the use of the city cemetery relating to:

(A) Subdividing of cemetery lots;

(B) Capacity of each lot;

(C) Interment methods and procedures;

(D) Hours of operation;

(E) Location of graves;

(F) Type of planting, monuments and markers that will be permitted for the proper and most attractive development of the Cemetery;

(G) Purchasing of lots;

(H) Collection of fees and charges;

(I) Records of ownership. (Ord. 83-10 § 2 (part), 1983.)
