The City Council has the authority to adopt a Water Conservation Plan by resolution. Upon adoption of the Water Conservation Plan, the City Manager is authorized to implement and enforce the provisions of the plan. (Ord. 22-56 § 3, 2022; Ord. 04-60 § 1, 2004; Ord. 03-35 § 1, 2003.)
