“Sanitary Sewer” means a sewer line or drain line, the specific purpose of which is to carry sanitary wastewater or mixtures of sanitary and industrial wastewater, as defined above. (Ord. 92-22 § 2, 1992; Ord. 84-105 § 1, 1984.)
