(A) All significant industrial users and new sources must apply for and receive an industrial wastewater discharge permit before discharging any industrial wastewater to the POTW.

(B) All industrial users must complete and submit an industrial wastewater discharge permit application on a form provided by the Director before discharging any industrial wastewater to the POTW.

(C) No person shall discharge industrial wastewater in excess of the quantity or quality limitations set by the permit for industrial wastewater discharge. (Ord. 22-42 § 34, 2022; Ord. 92-22 § 2, 1992; Ord. 84-105 § 1, 1984.)
