It shall be unlawful for any user to knowingly make any false statement, representation, record, report, plan or other document filed with the Director, or to falsify, tamper with, or knowingly render inaccurate any monitoring device or method required under this title and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to the penalties provided by Chapter 14.12.
