(A) Conduct an administrative hearing, requiring the noncompliant person to show cause as to why the Director should not take any other action listed below;

(B) Discontinue sewer service and water service to the offending premises;

(C) Apply for appropriate court action, with the assistance of the City Attorney;

(D) Require pretreatment facilities or other action to end the violation forthwith;

(E) Require the user to pay a surcharge equal to the cost to the City of dealing with the offending matter;

(F) Apply to the court for the levy of a fine for violation of this Ordinance. (Ord. 92-22 § 2, 1992; Ord. 84-105 § 1, 1984.)
