All mobile home parks shall be subject to an annual license, which may be issued by the Governing Body. Compliance with this chapter and all other codes and ordinances of the city shall be necessary prior to the issuance or renewal of the license. A license fee shall be paid by the owner of the Mobile Home Park, upon establishing the park. Thereafter, an annual renewal fee shall be paid for each space occupied on the date of expiration of the previous license.
