The major system shall be composed of the regulatory floodplain as shown on the National Flood Insurance Program maps as developed for the City by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Federal Insurance Administration. All components of the major system shall be designed to handle a one-hundred-year storm. (Ord. 09-25 § 2, 2009.)
