(A) A fee shall be paid whenever special police services are provided by the City of Olathe Police Department. The fee shall not exceed the cost of providing the service. Fees shall be established by resolution of the Governing Body.

(B) For the purposes of this ordinance, “special police services” includes, but is not limited to, fingerprinting, criminal records checks, and private security checks. (Ord. 05-128 § 1, 2005; Ord. 207 § 1, 1973.)
