The members of the Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop and Farm Advisory Board shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the remaining members of the Governing Body. Vacancies occurring before the expiration of a term shall be filled by appointment by the Mayor with the consent of the remaining members of the Governing Body for the remainder of the unexpired term. The Mayor, with the consent of the remaining members of the Governing Body, may remove any appointed member of the board at any time for good and sufficient cause.
